About
Eunice Aw is based in the Singapore office of Horwath HTL. She has extensive experience conducting financial feasibility studies; hotel operation reviews; large-scale destination master-planning; and renovation/ repositioning studies for hotels and serviced apartments across Asia; including China, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea and Singapore. Besides advisory work, Eunice has also held previous roles in asset management and feasibility and development finance while based in Beijing and Hong Kong for Ascendas Hospitality Trust and Hyatt Corporation.
Eunice holds a Master in Management of Hospitality degree from the Cornell University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore.
