Horwath HTL Hungary and Horwath HTL Russia Negotiate with Rixos Hotels for the first international upscale hotel in Shymkent, Kazakhstan

Horwath HTL Hungary and Horwath HTL Russia, part of Horwath HTL the worlds oldest and largest Hospitality Consulting Network, has successfully completed management contract negotiations for a brand new Rixos Hotel, in Shymkent, Kazakhstan.

Horwath HTL has provided support to the developer throughout the contract negotiations.

The agreement is between Rixos Hotels, and Khadisha Hotel LLP to open a new-build Rixos Hotel in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. Scheduled to open in 2014, the hotel will be the first newly built, international branded upscale hotel in Shymkent. Shymkent is a dynamically developing city, which will further develop as the third largest city of Kazakhstan.
